Laminated Glass
This product, depending on the required resistance up to bulletproof, consists of several layers of glass and PVB with dimensions up to 2.5 x 3 meters, laminated under 12 bars of pressure at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. The facility has the capability to produce bent laminated glass with a radius of 1 to 0.5 meters and dimensions of 3.2 x 2.5 meters, depending on the thickness of the glass.
This type of glass provides the highest level of impact safety and reduces noise transmission by 30 to 40 percent. It also offers excellent protection against UV radiation, blocking up to 99% of UV rays. By using colored PVB in this structure, the level of sunlight transmission can be controlled as desired, and various shades of color can be achieved.

This facility, with fully automatic production lines for double and triple glazed glass, is considered one of the top manufacturers in this field, capable of producing glass with maximum dimensions of 3.5 x 2 meters (automatically), intended for use in windows and building facades (curtain walls). It is worth mentioning that the argon gas injection process (with a purity of 80 and 90%) and adhesive injection are entirely automatic and hands-free.
Double glazed glass significantly reduces energy loss for heating or cooling the building interior. Using specialized glass types such as reflex, LOW-E, and other coated glasses in double glazing, the transmission of solar energy, ultraviolet rays, and heat can be significantly reduced. In double glazed glass, tempered, simple laminated, colored, or coated glass can be used to better control light and heat transmission and increase safety.
Tempered and Heat Strengthened
This type of glass, available in both flat and bent forms, has the capability to be tempered in various types such as Low-E glass and High-Performance coated glass, with appropriate quality and without any waves. It is produced according to the national standards of Iran and standards like EN 12150 and ASTM C1048, with s ranging from 3.2 mm to 19 mm and dimensions up to 6 x 3 meters.
